Subiect: REGULAMENT Lun Iul 27, 2009 10:38 pm

1.Utilizand acest forum sunteti de acord sa nu postati informatii false, vulgare, defaimatoare, rasiste, cu orientare sexuala sau orice alte date considerate ilegale pe teritoriul Romaniei !
2.Discutiile off-topic sunt interzise . Moderatorii pot si vor sterge aceste discutii fara a fi obligati sa dea detalii asupra actiunilor lor.
3.Va rugam sa nu postati fara rost , numarul mesajelor postate sau rank-ul nu prea are nici o relevanta.
4.Spam-ul , floodul , etc sunt STRICT INTERZISE!
5.NU FACETI RECLAMA ALTOR FORUMURI
6.Forumul se adreseaza tuturor utilizatorilor ce doresc sa converseze intr-un mod civilizat.
7.Combate ideile, nu persoanele; in momentul in care mesajul tau incepe sa critice persoana cu care discuti si nu ideile ei, mesajele tale risca sa fie sterse de catre moderatori.
8.Nu jigni si nu ameninta ceilalti utilizatori. Adreseaza-te celorlalti membri cu respect. Lipsa de respect te poate expedia afara din forum.
9.Forumul NU este un loc pentru dispute personale.
10.Limbajul folosit pe oricare dintre forumuri va fi mentinut in limitele civilizate. Nu se admit insulte de orice natura.
11.Cand raspunzi la un mesaj, incearca sa nu deviezi de la subiectul discutiei.
12.Cand publici un subiect nou, fa in asa fel incat sa il publici in forumul la care se incadreaza cel mai bine.
13.Comentariile privind gramatica folosita de ceilalti participanti nu isi au locul pe forum.
14.Nu abuza de majuscule.
15.NU abuza de smiles (iconitele emotive).
16.Citeaza doar strictul necesar, pentru a se putea intelege la ce idee raspunzi.
17.NU sunt acceptate mesajele 'la misto', care in marea majoritate au ca intentie devierea de la subiect.
18.Evitati sa puneti zeci de smile-uri / emoticonuri unul dupa altul sau ca acestea sa alcatuiasca peste 50% din caracterele din mesaj.
19.Nu folositi texte cu fonturi colorate excesiv sau cu dimensiuni mari.
20.Titlul unui subiect trebuie sa fie clar si relevat pentru toti utilizatorii, nu folositi nume de subiecte de genul: "Eroare", "Ajutoooor!" si nu folositi exclusiv MAJUSCULE.
21.Mesajele trebuie sa fie la subiect. Exista desigur exceptii, dar as aprecia daca nu ati face o regula din ele.
22.In cazul in care citati o sursa, precizati adresa. Nu citati intreg articolul ci doar partea care doriti sa o dezbateti.
23.Nu cred ca e nevoie sa corectam toate greselile de ortografie ale celorlalti utilizatori dar fiecare ar trebui sa reciteasca mesajele inainte de a le trimite.
24.Sunt interzise cu desavarsire injuriile, afirmatiile vulgare, rasiste, antisemite sau xenofobe. Este interzisa ironia de prost gust, fara sens si orice mesaj care il poate afecta pe vreunul dintre membrii acestui forum. Punctele de vedere sunt cele care trebuie discutate, nicidecum persoana care isi exprima acel punct de vedere. (valabil si pentru pm)
25.Cei care aduc injurii la adresa altor membrii vor primi ban 1 zi; daca se repeta ban permanet (daca faptele sunt grave se trece peste prima etapa);
26.Nu raspundeti la injurii cu injurii, aratati-mi mesajul si voi lua eu masurile necesare, daca faceti acelasi lucru veti suporta consecintele;
27.Nu adaugati acelasi mesaj de mai multe ori.
28.Semnatura poate contine 4-5 linii de text cu font normal si 1-2 link-uri exterioare forumului. Nu folositi imagini cu caracter sexual, rasist, xenofob sau antisemit.
29.Avatarele nu vor contine imagini cu caracter sexual, rasist, xenofob sau antisemit.
30.Daca nu respectati aceste reguli moderatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a sterge fara preaviz mesajele incriminate. In cazul utilizatorilor recalcitranti masurile pot merge pana la suprimarea dreptului de a trimite mesaje.
31.Nu induceti in eroare ceilalti utilizatori prin utilizarea mai multor conturi. Cei prinsi vor fi banati.
32.Raspunderea juridica pentru continutul mesajelor dvs. va revine in exclusivitate. Nu ne asumăm raspunderea pentru neplăcerile suferite pe acest forum, dar vom lua masuri asupra celor care incalca regulile.
IMPORTANT: Acest forum nu va fi folosit pentru a face publice programe spyware, cd-key-uri, crack-uri, programe si metode de hack sau hijack. Publicarea link-urilor catre site-uri care prezinta material referitor la cele de mai sus poate duce la stergerea contului si banarea IPului.

19.Do not use colored texts or fonts excessively large.
